Safety Response….self protection manual now available online!
Safety Response The Essential Guide to your Personal Safety has now been relaunched as an E Book. This informative manual addresses subjects such as awareness and aggression disengagement. It covers avoidance, the different forms of hostility including less discussed forms such as spatial aggression and distance based aggression. It also looks at some of the physical tactics that predatory aggressors use such as the various grabs, use of projectiles, intimidation and set ups. Plus there are numerous insights into concepts that people can use to avoid trouble such as: tactical dialogue, reading the aggression triggers and reserved tactics. These insights are very useful for both men and women interested in self defence and awareness training.
Here what others have to say about Safety Response….
For a woman, Aran’s “Safety Response Manual” is an enlightening read, even when working in a professional field of security.

Aran’s book Safety Response….conveys many of the principles used in Systema and I would recommend it to anyone serious about getting off on the right foot in real-life self defense training.”

Although I am now im my 60s I have over 40 years security experience covering all aspects of policing and intelligence work at Senior Executive level with the Armed Forces and latterly as a Security Consultant that involves teaching Conflict Management Techniques to students. I would highly recommend The Safety Response Manaual written by Aran Dharmeratnam which is based on the Systemic Martial Arts system and encapsulates a host of scenarios involving our awareness and response to conflict situations that we may face in society today. The Manual increases our awareness and understanding of the different forms we may encounter, how to recognise, avoid and react effectively to deal with potential high risk situations.
