Systema instructor to be entered into Combat’s martial art Hall of Fame
For over 12 years Aran has been committed to sharing his knowledge and contributing to the field of self-defence and mind-body training. Now we are pleased to announce that Aran is to be inducted into the Combat Hall of Fame for his work in the martial arts and Systema. Previous martial artists in the Hall of Fame include Yip Man and Keinosuke Enoeda.

Welcome! This blog focuses on Systema the Russian martial art, self protection and mind body training, as taught by Aran Dharmeratnam. With extensive experience in the martial arts and close quarter self defence, Aran offers unique private one to one training in Central London in Systema. Areas covered include: Kensington, Belgravia,St John’s Wood,Knightsbridge,and Sloane Square. Clients include professionals, senior executives from the financial sector, and those working in the media.
