Systema instructor to be entered into Combat’s martial art Hall of Fame

For over 12 years Aran has been committed to sharing his knowledge and contributing to the field of self-defence and mind-body training. Now we are pleased to announce that Aran is to be inducted into the Combat Hall of Fame for his work in the martial arts and Systema. Previous martial artists in the Hall of Fame include Yip Man and Keinosuke Enoeda.

In this interview he talks about teaching the Russian martial art Systema, the art’s breath work, and some of the tactics he covers in his training sessions. Its titled By the Breath and appears in the October 2009 issue of Combat.
